Your data will be processed, on the basis of:

Your data will be processed in a confidential and secure way and transferred only to the following authorized recipients to achieve the above purposes:

• Independent reviewers of your application
• Third parties supporting the application process and providing reporting and analytics services

Your data may be transferred outside of European Economic Area. In such a case, Sanofi implements adequate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission, available upon request.

Your data will be kept only for the necessary time to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, and in any case, no longer than 12 months.
