APPLICATION PROCESS

The following process should be followed when applying for an award:

1. Download the checklist and form using the buttons at the bottom of this page

2. Prepare your abstract (max. 500 words) Recommended structure:

• Title
• Author(s) and affiliation(s)
• Background
• Objective
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions
• Figures / images / tables can be included, within reason

3. Prepare your CV

• Please include your current institution and speciality

4. Submit abstract, CV and checklist

• Email to MedicalAward@gkpharmacomm.co.uk - Application deadline June 30th 2024!

5. Scientific Committee review: 4 weeks

• Reviewers will assess each application systematically, rating applications based on predefined criteria. Click on the “Application Process” and “Scientific Committee” tabs to learn more about the review process and the expert panel

6. Scientific Committee section

• It is expected that the selection process for the winning applications will be completed during August 2024

7. Announcement of the winners

• Sanofi will officially inform the selected winning applicants in or around August 2024. It is expected that public announcement of the winning applicants will take place during Q4 2024
